It's such a good way to go. I would advise letting the dogs out as much as possible though. We brought her home just shy of the 8 week mark. I don't think the breeder had separated any of the puppies from the mother before we got her. I am concerned although she is making very good progress and is a quick learner, however she seems to have more separation anxiety than I am used to dealing with. I work in the public school system so I can have the time during the summer to be with her all day every day, which is both a good thing and a bad thing I think.
